FLYING IN A BLUE DREAM. 2006 (Trailer)

‘Flying in a Blue Dream’ captures a phenomenon of Joe Satriani’s 2005 India tour, in a mesmeric 45-minute montage of dreamy and hypnotic Indiascape, live concert footage, fan interviews, backstage activity, impromptu video grabs from mobile phone cameras, and of course, bytes from Satriani himself. Crisply edited and underscored by Satriani’s music, Flying in a Blue Dream is a unique tribute by a couple of filmmakers who love their music. And pay tribute to their musical heroes the way they know best – through the medium of the moving image.

LISTENING TO SHADOWS. 1998 (Trailer)

“Black means B-L-A-C-K, nothing more.”  That's how R. P. Soni introduces us to his world of a born blind. A teacher at the local blind school makes a journey along with the filmmaker in an attempt to make a film together. Reflecting on childhood, family, friendships, disability, death and dreams; this film also makes him encounter the reality of filming and the process of putting it together. In an extremely engaging juxtaposition of symbolic yet abstract images, the film attempts to make us see how and what a blind person sees in our ‘visual world’.

LOOKS FROM THE OTHER SIDE, 1997 (Trailer)

A process of understanding which renders the issues of illness, possession, religious belief on Divine and an alternative concept of healing.
